Police stop Actor's b'day party due to loud music
Mumbai, 26 February 2010: Actor Shahid Kapur's birthday bash on Thursday morning was interrupted by policemen. The manager was booked for playing loud music beyond the stipulated time. The police sources said the party was organised in Esco bar on Linking Road.



Shahid was celebrating his 29th birthday and the party was attended by Shahid's family members and friends apart form many film personalities and celebrities, the sources continued. When it continued till 3 AM, the residents informed the police control room about the loud music being played. A sources added that a police patrolling van visited the spot and asked the bar manager Subhash Gokhale to stop the party.

The sources said the party was a very happening one with food and booze flowing since late evening
